Who provides MacSway

Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the iPhone app on iPhones you own or control and the Mac companion on Macs you own or control, for your own use. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the apps, or use them to access a computer you are not authorised to control.

Your Mac, your responsibility

MacSway lets a paired iPhone control a Mac. Only pair devices you own or are authorised to control, keep your pairing codes private and revoke phones you no longer use. You are responsible for what you do with the control MacSway provides and for complying with the law and the rules of any network you use.

Free and Pro

Basic features are free. MacSway Pro (monthly, yearly or one-time) unlocks Screen Sharing, widgets, remote access and further tools. Purchases are processed by Apple; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. The one-time purchase is non-renewing. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial on monthly and yearly plans. Prices shown in the app (set by Apple per storefront) are authoritative. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Availability and no guarantee

MacSway is provided “as is”. Connection speed, wake-from-sleep and compatibility depend on your devices, network and settings and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data caused by use of the app; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
